Contact and other information essential to manage bookings is kept electronically. You consent to this by placing a booking.

In order to process your booking the owners need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include the names of the party members and at least the party leader's contact details (including email address). The owners will use the contact details you have provided to correspond with you in relation to your booking or enquiry.
In order to comply with local laws, the owners will ask you to provide other personal details, including passport information and dates of birth.
The owners will need to pass on your personal details to the local management company who look after the apartment on their behalf. They or the owners may also need to pass on certain details to companies and organisations who need to know them so that your booking can be provided and that local laws can be adhered to (local authorities). In some cases, these third-parties may be outside the European Union.
In order to refund your security/breakage deposit to you, the owners will ask for your bank details.
Your data is retained only as long as necessary for tax and insurance purposes or to fulfil legislative requirements.
Strict security procedures are applied to the storage and disclosure of information which you have provided, to prevent unauthorised access.
Sensitive information about you is not collected except when you specifically knowingly provide it.
